Some universities like Delhi University allow science students to change to commerce stream at graduation level.

You can change your stream after you PUC, and as you have studied Science, you can change your stream to any possibly available stream by just pursuing any of the course of that field.

You can change by joining B.Com course in any university. Even Delhi University and Nirma University give admission in such cases. Check their online portals for more details.
