Can I change my stream from science to commerce in class 12th?

You can change your stream after your PUC and as you have studied science, you can change your stream to any possibly available stream by just pursuing any of the course of that field.

Hi Abhilash,
It is not recommended but if you cannot handle the pressure you can and you should check with your school. Stream changes are typically allowed before the board registration and depends on the school and education board.
