Can I change my university after my first year in B.Sc?
I have done my 10th and 12th from Mumbai University and last year, I shifted to Bangalore. Here, I'm currently in my first year in B.Sc (CS) and want to shift back to Mumbai. Can I do my second year from Mumbai?

Hi Aqib,
Usually migration is permitted on a case to case basis within the university itself in the second year. However, migration across institutes after the second year will not be permitted. However, do check with your current college on the guidelines.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck. -

6 years agoYes, you can apply for lateral entry to other colleges who offer that. You may have to take an exam for that. -

6 years agoYou can take admission as lateral entry in any recognised university after passing your first year of graduation with atleast 65%. By this way, you will get admission in second year of graduation.
