Can I change my University and continue from the same course at another University?

I am an MBA-INTEGATED Programme student in 2nd year and semester 4 and I want to change my University for some reason kindly give me a detailed insight on the situation.

No, you can't change the university and continue from the same course at another university because all Universities are different and when you take admission it's only valid for that University and if you want to change you can do but you have to start it from first year.
