6 years agoChanging the University you are studying in at present to some other University/Affiliated College due to STRONG anf Valid Reasons is Permissible under the rules and policies of the concerned universities.
University to University MIGRATION is allowed in special cases only. Depending on the availability of Seat in the related course/Institution.
Please check with the TWO Universities - Academic and Registrar/Migration Offices.
