Can I change my university without any donation?

I am studying architecture from BAT University, Pune and I want to change my college in 2nd year to Pune University.

If there is a tie-up with your current university, and Pune university, you may be eligible for a lateral entry in 2nd year. You would also require a minimum grade to qualify for lateral entry. You should check with your university's admission department for the same.
