No, once you have locked your choices you would not be able to change them. However, you have the option of freeze, float and slide once you get any seat in any round. No, if you reject the seat allotted to you, then you are not allowed to participate in further rounds. So, you should accept the seat allotted to you by visiting your nearby reporting center for document verification and choose one of the three options of freeze, float and slide and wait for the fur
