Can I change stream from science in 12th standard to commerce in college? Do I need to pursue any special courses from the same?

You can do B.Com or B.Com (Honors) even after PCM at class 12th. There is no special courses required to fill knowledge gaps except you do self-learning of commerce and accountancy subjects during your summer breaks and your personal time.

You will be able to do B.Com but not B.Com (Hons). You will get penalty marks during admission because of non maths background. I would suggest you to evaluate doing BBA instead of commerce graduation degree.
