Can I choose computer science engineering irrespective of my chosen subjects?

I have opted for PCM with communicative English in my school. My doubt here is whether I could choose computer science engineering irrespective of my chosen subjects as computer science is missing in my subject list.

You are eligible to seek admission in B.Tech CSE and B.Tech IT and B.Tech in software engineering based on your PCM subjects in class 12 board. Computer Science or IT is not a mandatory subject to seek admission in B.Tech degrees mentioned above.
