Can I choose the BTech Biotechnology subjects based on my interests?

The syllabus for the BTech Biotechnology Engineering course has both core and elective subjects, where the core subjects are compulsory for you to study given the fundamental knowledge that they are meant to give the students for them to make a successful career in the field. However, you can choose
