    Hi Vamsi,
It all depends on your company being registered and you have an official work experience letter or joining letter. Your academic profile is good, do well in CAT and you will have a chance at getting into some of the best B-Schools in the country.

Not all the network marketings offer you a certificate of work experience but if your company is ready to give it then it's good but you still have to get 98.5+ percentile in your CAT to be eligible.
    Good luck.

For IIM-Calcutta with no experience, you anyhow have to score 98 percentile. Less than that will only take you to the interview but not the selection. You have a good percentage in class 10th and class 12th. Since you don't have any work experience, try for some certification courses, training, and workshops, they can help you a lot.

The best would be to clarify this with the IIM admissions committee they are normally very responsive. Although, if it involved you getting paid, or some proof of full time employment then you can show it as work experience.
