Can I compare MBA degree from SMU with a MBA degree from CU as regular candidate. Do UGC and other PSU unit give this two degree same value

Sumit... Few PSU units specify that they are looking for regular Post Graduation. UGC is a govt body and they do not have any role to play so why are you putting UGC and PSU in same bracket ???
