Hi Maurya,
The minimum eligibility requirement for Distance MBAs is:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.Diploma holders need to possess three-year work experience to pursue the program
- B-schools select students based on entrance exams that test the analytical, verbal and numerical abilities of students.
So to opt for MBA you need to do graduation and to do graduation 12th is compulsory. Each and every course requires one to complete +2.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up if you found this useful.

Dear, It is unfortunately not possible to do a MBA course, whether regular or distance, right after your 12th standard. Please understand that MBA is a master's level degree. Just as any master level courses such as M.A. Or M.Com require a graduate degree in the concerned stream for a candidate to be eligible to enrol, MBA too has that condition. Additionally, admission to MBA courses is based on entrance tests. IGNOU, as given in the image below, conducts OPENMAT to filter candidates for admission.
