No, in India degree can be completed in 3 years only. Except in certain circumstances one can take Lateral Entry into Second year if they are 10+3 etc. As you wait for your answers, here is some advice. B.Sc is a degree program for 3 year's. 1 Year Course are Diploma Course.
There are 6 semester's in B.sc, each semester for 6 month's.
So pls don't do hurry, take your time and do the best.
