is it possile to complet the graduation in a year by ugc recognised university? if yes then please tell me may i eligibile for PG in regular mba by cat,mat,cet etc after completing graduation in one year ?.... if yes thn plz give me the details which universitis are giving this opportunity?

yes, but again you need to maintain a good percentage in UG, coause some colleges have cutoffs. it generally is in the range of 45-60.
