Can I complete my 3rd year in regular mode as I am pursuing BBA 2nd year from correspondence?

This depends on state to state University rules. Contact to your nearby Universities for migration rules or from shifting from correspondence to regular course.

No dear, it is not possible. You shall have to complete your program as distance one.
