Can I complete my BCA which I have not completed before.
In 2002 I joined BCA but not completed.

Yes, 100% you can. Dedication is all that matters. Also, try to get more insight from some of your friends who have completed their BCA recently as in these 19 years you may come to know more about the latest scenario and syllabus I hope this helps.
