Can I complete my discontinued graduation BA (Final year) after a gap of 7-years?

I only have 2 back papers.

Yes, you can. Contact your college, submit a gap certificate and clear the back papers. Go Ahead!

As far as I know, you need to go to the counsellor in your area.
