Can I complete my graduation in commerce at the age of 23? I have done my 12th with science only.

Of course you can complete your graduation. Age doesn't matter especially in the field of graduation. -

You can easily complete tour graduation at any age as such there is no such time foundation for completing the graduation. The only eligibility required is 12th. -
The minimum age as per the Indian Education System for any student to appear for class 12th is 15 years. Hence, the minimum age to get a three-year graduation degree automatically becomes 19. So, clearly, you at 23 years now are fully eligible for completing your graduation.
