Can I complete my graduation now (3rd-year)? I completed the first 2 years of my graduation 11 years back from Punjab University.
I have got 50% marks in the 2nd-year but need to complete my graduation.

No, you can not. Its better to opt for some distance Bachelor degree courses of IGNOU or other open Universities as per your convenience.
