Can I continue engineering from the 2nd-year? What all options do I have?

I took admission in 2010-11 to computer science & engineering (Shivaji University) & completed the1st year (all subjects) in 2012-13. I took admission in the 2nd-year but left after 3rd-sem. What is the procedure of readmission? Am I eligible for 2nd-year or do I need to get into the 1st year again?

VC of University can condone your break in education subject to rules and regulations of university. You are advised to approach Registrar of your university to understand University policy on subject and follow the process to continue your education.
