Can I continue the 4th sem of Diploma now and change my college?

I was studying Diploma in electrical and electronics engineering & completed 3 sem with one back subject. I stopped going to the college for the 4th sem and got detained in it. can I now change my college for the 4th sem?

Hi, Diploma engineering is a 3 years of course which includes 6 semesters. Changing college is not the correct solution, because the subjects are the same in other colleges also. Hence In my opinion you have to continue in your college and start sitting in first row of your class. This will bring dr
