Can I continue with the 2nd year of B.Com (pass) if I fail in the 1st-year?

It depends in which university you are studying. If it is Mumbai University then you have to clear at least 4 papers out of 6. If you are from any of the universities in Tamil Nadu then you are allowed to move in the next year and can clear your previous year's paper later.
