Yes, you can switch your student visa to a work visa when you have completed your course.
The documents required for the transition of a student visa to work visa are-
A valid passport.
Form I-797 (H-1B approval notice)
Form I-129 (H-1B petition)
Employment offer letter.
Academic transcripts and degree certificates.
Proof of current OPT status, if applicable.
Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status (I-20)
Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94).
