Can I correct my option for the 2nd-round of CAP? I got a college through TFWS seat in Maharashtra and I took this option by mistake.

No, you cannot change your options for the second round of CAP once you submit the form. It is important to review your form and check that all the documents are uploaded correctly before submitting.
If you are not satisfied with the seat you were allotted in round 1, you can choose the Betterment option to upgrade your seat in round 2. If you receive a better college in round 2, you can choose that college and forfeit the seat you were allotted in round 1
