Can I crack FMS, Delhi with 86% in 12th, 6.5 in B.Com and 99.2 percentile in CAT?

You have a very good chance of cracking admission in your desired college. The B.Com score is low, but is still above the requirement. It will however be asked about in the interviews.

For admission through CAT, 50% marks are required for general candidates in graduation.

Considering your profile, you have better diversity with B.Com and very good percentile of 99.2. So, if you do well in next process you can easily crack FMS Delhi admission.
