There is not much difference in the syllabus of these exams. If you prepare well for CAT, you can comfortably clear other exams too.

CAT is known for its toughness. There might be some little changes in the syllabus. If you want to write other exams after preparing for CAT, you can do that. But you have to prepare some extra topics apart from your CAT syllabus to write your prescribed exam.

If you prepare well for CAT, it would positively be of a great help for you for other entrance exams. However, GMAT is a completely different exam and would require a different preparation.

You can easily crack any exam, if you prepare for CAT. But, the only constraint is that you must be strong in GK apart from CAT preparation.

GMAT is different from all other exams. CAT only focuses on quant, LR and DI. Some entrance exams give importance to general knowledge too. XAT on the other hand is known for very difficult mathematics section. All the exams differ significantly.
    All the best.

I doubt it very much. There will definitely be a degree of variation. However, you may derive some advantage. CAT as a test surely enjoys certain status. Plan your strategy, on fixing your targets.
