First of all, you should clear your PCM basics of class 11th.

No, first you should clear the basics of Physics Maths of class 11th. And now 12% is out of domain of IIT-JEE.

Surely you can crack IIT and its good that you know your weak areas, just focus on that and just for your information, major entrance exams ask more questions from class 11 so plan your studies accordingly
