Can I crack JEE without any coaching?

Hello Mayuri, Yes, you can. But you need to put a lot of efforts. You can clear JEE Mains easily, but for JEE Advanced it is advisable to have a coaching. You need to have a time table in which you need to make sure that you spend equal time for physics, chemistry and maths. You need to practice a lot of problems and it is better to practice within time limits. You can refer to good books as well. They include: NCERT for getting a clear conceptual knowledge in PCM, for physics, you can go for H. C. VERMA volume 1&2 and Arihant books. For chemistry, you can refer to P. Bahadur, O. P. Tandon books. For maths, you can go for Tata Mc Graw Hill (TMH), RD. Sharma and Arihant books. Then you can also refer the previous year question papers as they give you an idea of how the questions are being asked in JEE. Practice more and more and it is important to practice questions of JEE standard. Try to score above 300 in JEE Mains, so that even if you don't clear JEE Advanced, you will get a top NIT. Yes, you can easily do that. I only prefer self study for the JEE Mains preparation as self study is the best and most effective study, the only thing you should do is to get the blueprint for the JEE paper and study accordingly.

Hi Mayuri, Well, this is a great step and you must do a lot of hard work to get to crack JEE examination without any coaching. Trust me, you can crack, it's not that hard. And, the coaching institutes are not that much helpful nowadays. I am telling this according to my experience.
