Can I crack the PI if I have given all the answers correctly and have 1 year of work experience? Will I be hired?

There is reference check, but they will not confirm each answer from your employer. PI mainly assess your personality and they will be able to assess on the basis of your answers, so they need not to confirm things. Moreover, they are experts and can judge people very well.
