Can I crack UGC NET after completing Master's in HRM from abroad?
I am planning for pursuing MS in HR from US or New Zealand.

Your Master's abroad will give you very good opening, globally. Why do you want to come back and take UGC NET? In other words, to crack UGC NET. Why do you want to go abroad for further studies?
