    No. Android is completely in Java. Android libraries are written in Java.

    C is not used to develop mobile application it is used to develop embedded software, networking and operating system related things. You can develop apps using C+, Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, etc. Try to learn any of these languages to develop apps.

    No, you can not create Android Apps using C Programming Language. Android uses Java and Kotlin Programming Language. You'll have to learn one of these two Programming Language mentioned above to create android apps. You can follow YouTube Channels for learning programming in Java and Android Studio.
