I've an incomplete hotel management degree (left in the 2nd year), my 10th score is 84% (2006-2007), 12th score is 60% (2008-2009).

You can learn Android Development through internet. Also, there are tons of video tutorials present on YouTube. There are various free courses on Udemy for Android Development.
