No, you can't, you need to have a relevant degree or Doctorate as you need to be registered and it all depends on your passions and skills what you want to do.

Not we do not. Those that do are called psychiatrists and they are MD with at least 4 years of medical school and then 2 to 4 years of post graduate internship and residency. Hope it helps. -
