Yes, you can very well go for MBA after BSc(Biology).
The best MBA for you would be MBA-Pharmaceutical management, MBA-Hospital management, MBA - healthcare management etc

surely you can pursue your MBA after completing your B.sc.
and for your other query , yes BBA in Hotel Management is surely offered by Government approved universities.
