Can I directly appear for third year B.Com? Is there any management quota equivalent to B.Com?
I have passed class 12th and I am interested in B.Com.

No, you cannot appear for all three years together. As a norm and minimum criteria to obtain a degree, you need to study minimum 3 years for an undergraduate course and need to clear. You cannot directly give TY B.Com.
