No, you cannot directly apply for MAH-DTE CAP round 3 without applying for CAP round 1 and 2.
The MAH-DTE CAP (Centralized Admission Process) functions as a series of rounds to fill MBA/MMS seats in Maharashtra institutes. Each round considers the remaining vacant seats after the previous rounds.

Yes, you can but it is not recommended at all. You will not be considered in CAP rounds if you don't fill the respective option forms. If you have filled the option form you can reject the seat allotted in the round by not reporting to the ARC and not paying the seat acceptance fee. You will still b
