No, it is not possible. You must complete a Master's degree in order to pursue a Ph.D. so you must complete an M.Tech. Or Masters in the area of interest.

    Yes, you can
You can apply for a joint M.Tech Ph.D. programme by giving GATE. You are eligible if you have at least 60% in your B.Tech. Final-year students are also eligible to apply. They usually shortlist candidates through application screening followed by a written test and personal Interview. I hope it helps.

    Hi,
No, it won't be possible. You have to go for Masters after graduation. And, then only you can go ahead for Ph.D.

No, you need to complete your Masters first. It is only possible if you have a very good research paper published in some reputed academic journal, then only you may get admission directly to Ph.D.

    Career opportunities:
A Computer Science Ph.D. gives you a huge advantage for industry research labs, like Google Research. On occasion such labs accept people who only have Masters degrees, but this is extremely rare. A computer Science Ph.D. also gives you an advantage for some quantitative finance positions, assuming your Ph.D. is mathematical and algorithmic in nature. For some companies (typically larger ones), having a computer Science Ph.D. counts towards your starting rank. For example, Microsoft has levels to track your career trajectory within the company, starting at 59 for new grads and going up with promotions. With a Ph.D.
