Hi there!
You have to take part in the 1st round and later on you have to choose the option for upgrade for 2nd round. Hope you got your answer. Thanks & Regards, Rajdeep Sinha.

No, you can't directly take part in round 2. You have to take part in round 1 for subsequent rounds.
