Yes, you can join B.Tech by lateral entry. You will move on to your 2nd year of engineering.

The expected IGIT Sarang cutoff for the 2024 academic year is 123275 - 123285 for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch, and 243890 - 243900 for Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering which can estimated to 60-70 percentile range in JEE Main 2024.
