Dear Pradip, B.Tech is a graduation, you have to complete Master or post Graduation level and then M.Phil is also a step, For Ph.D in any stream you have to pass all the steps, you can't apply by doing Graduation. You can do that only if you build a company like Microsoft and get a doctorate after that from your college.
