Yes, You can apply for the second round of couselling if you have not registered for first round of couselling.

If you have been allotted any seat in round 1, and you haven't frozen that seat, and also paid the academic fees, then you are automatically eligible for round 2. If you haven't been allotted any seat, then also you are automatically eligible for round 2. No special registration is to be done for ro
