Can I do 1 year diploma course in HR instead of going for 2 year PG course? Will it make any difference?

according to me go with 2years pg course.it's better than diploma course.thanks.

Yes it will make a big difference it will be suggested to go for the 2 year course as it has more value and scope compared to the 1 year course.
