Can I do 12th again in a different stream? What is the procedure?

I have 86.20% in class 12th in 2023-2024 academic year with PCB subjects from RBSE board. I want to change from PCB to PCMB and give JEE exam.

JEE not accept 2 marksheet bee sure only one marksheet all required subject included English or other subject
