Can I do 2-degree courses together: one from West Bengal University of Health Sciences (Regular) & other from ICFAI University (Distance)?

Yes, you might but certain colleges ask that you are enrolled or not in any college. Taking both the courses simultaneously will be burden for you in my opinion. Also, there exists some problem like clashing of dates. But, if you can manage it, then you can go for it. Best of luck.
