Can I do 2 years in BBA general and after that can I take admission in BBA honours in 3rd year.

No this is not possible to change BBA general to BBA honours in 3rd year. If you want to do BBA honour then you have to do it from 1st year there is no chance to change in 3rd year because both degree are different and there levels are also not same.
