    Yes, you can. ICSI is a professional body which conducts the exams, mandates the internships and development programs and imparts the CS degree. Pursuing CS with any undergrad degree. LL.B. Is the best choice because CS on a macro level, pertains to Corporate and Securities Laws, which will supplement your undergrad degree. Moreover, some of the subjects of CS and LL.B. Are similar and can give you the advantage of knowing more than most other students at an earlier stage.
