Can I do a B.Com degree after completion of Diploma in agricultural engineering?

I've done Diploma in agricultural engineering with 8.38 GPA.

After Diploma in agricultural engineering, you cannot get B.Com most of the universities require Management or Commerce or Economics in Diploma.
