Can I do a BBA in a government college as I failed in chemistry but my overall result is pass?

    Yes, for sure! You can do BBA in any college, be it a government one or a private one even if you failed in chemistry as your overall result is still pass. The eligibility criteria for any under graduate course is to have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. This, you have already done. Thus, you can do BBA from a government college.
