Can I do a course related to either commerce or arts field from a UK university? I'm doing eng hons but i come from a commerce background

I've xplored many courses in UK universities n saw that they're very different. All i want to know is whether i can pursue UK courses like MA in business management or Msc in finance n eco n other business related masters courses if I'm doing eng hons but hold a commerce background.
